THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to grow your business to business sales career to the next level with an established company with sales internationally.  You will be growing Remsoft's client base in the environmental sustainability, climate control, forestry, and related sectors throughout Canada and the United States.  You will have a defined territory with existing clients and will also be regularly prospecting for new clients.

Remsoft's analytics software enables companies to use fewer resources, be greener, cleaner, more efficient and more profitable.  This is a great opportunity to make a difference to the environment, particularly as it pertains to climate change.

your background

You have significant experience and a proven track record in business to business sales.  You have experience selling complex, enterprise level software solutions and experience developing relationships with a broad spectrum of people - from IT to C level management.  And you have demonstrated experience in key customer account management and government sales. You are recognized by managers and peers as a self-starter with highly developed communication and influencing skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer expectations.

You are self-reliant, driven, creative, and are known as a strong team player. You are willing to travel 30-50% of your time throughout Canada and the United States.

A University degree or equivalent is required. A background in natural sciences, forestry, engineering, GIS or Information Technology is a definite asset.

LOCATION

The preferred location for the position is Ottawa, Ontario.  However candidates from Toronto, elsewhere in Ontario, or the West Coast of Canada will also be considered.
