THE OPPORTUNITY

Innovate – Create- Collaborate – Grow

You will be creating and updating documentation for Q1's award winning suite of network security products using a variety of media, including PDF and online help.  You will have the opportunity to learn about exciting new technologies in the network security space and regularly create new documentation as well as updating the company's Administration Guide, Users Guide, Installation Guide, Hardware Guide, Release Notes, Patch Notes, and Online Help. 

THE REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate has several years' of technical writing experience producing a wide variety of software and/or hardware documentation. In addition, our ideal candidate has excellent experience with FrameMaker, the Adobe Suite of products, and on-line help systems. Formal training in technical communications is a definite asset as is experience with technical writing for networking software. Strong graphics skills and experience writing accessible documentation for screen readers are definite assets.
